Our Story
The journey from a quiet pursuit to a global mission
Privci is redefining how organisations defend themselves by bringing behavioural science, psychology, and AI into the heart of cybersecurity. Built by security researchers, we go beyond traditional tools to understand why people make risky decisions — and how those behaviours can be changed at scale.
Our StoryTo transform organisations' human firewall by making secure behaviour the default through scientifically-grounded, AI-driven behavioural interventions. We believe that sustainable cybersecurity comes from understanding and influencing human behaviour, not just deploying more technology.
A world where human behaviour is no longer the weakest link in cybersecurity. We envision organisations where employees are empowered, aware, and resilient to threats, creating security cultures that are proactive, adaptive, and scientifically informed.
The journey from a quiet pursuit to a global mission
The interdisciplinary experts shaping the future of human‑centred cybersecurity
Divine is a cybersecurity specialist, machine‑learning engineer, and behavioural‑science researcher with over a decade of experience spanning retail, e‑commerce, finance, and insurance.
Holding an MSc in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, he is CISSP, CEH, ISO, and SSCP certified. As a PhD researcher, he focuses on end‑user behaviour change and has published work on human risk, behavioural modelling, and the effectiveness of cybersecurity training.
Divine combines scientific rigour with engineering depth — the driving force behind Privci’s Human Vulnerability Scanner and behaviour‑change engines.
Konstantinos is a leading figure in behavioural cybersecurity, specialising in how humans perceive, interpret, and respond to digital risk. With a PhD in Risk and Decision‑Making, his work bridges psychology, security engineering, and real‑world organisational behaviour.
He holds a senior academic post as a Professor of Cybersecurity Practice and Programme Lead for the Information Security MSc, where he shapes the next generation of security professionals. He also serves as a Visiting Professor at Keio University in Tokyo, contributing to international research on human‑centred security. As the lead supervisor for Qufaro, he played a foundational role in establishing the National College of Cyber Security (NCCS), one of the UK’s most ambitious cyber‑education initiatives.
Gus is a seasoned data and AI engineering leader with over a decade of experience delivering large‑scale digital transformations across retail, e‑commerce, finance, and insurance. He holds a BSc in Applied Computing from the University of West London.
As a hands‑on technical programme leader, Gus has orchestrated multi‑million‑pound initiatives at Marks & Spencer, ASOS, and Mercedes‑Benz; from security‑hardening recovery programmes and data federation strategies to SAP migrations and omnichannel e‑commerce platforms. He has led cross‑functional engineering teams, embedded data governance and observability into integration workflows, and consistently aligned complex technology delivery with strategic business outcomes.
Gus combines deep platform engineering expertise with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset; the force behind Privci’s scalable data architecture, secure integration layers, and the operational backbone that powers our Human Vulnerability Scanner and behaviour‑change engines.
Ade is a security and risk specialist with over a decade of experience working across transport, retail, manufacturing, telecommunications, financial services, and healthcare. He holds an MSc in Computer and Information Systems Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and is certified as CISSP and CDPSE.
His career has spanned blue‑chip organisations including UBS, Bupa, Legal & General, Marks & Spencer, and Tata Consultancy Services; leading security consultancy engagements, delivering SIEM implementations, achieving ISO 27001 accreditation, and managing risk in complex, regulated environments. Ade is equally adept at bridging business requirements with technical controls, using structured methodologies such as Agile, Prince2, and Waterfall to translate stakeholder needs into operational security outcomes.
Ade joined Privci because he saw the same failure mode repeat: breaches rooted in human moments; misplaced trust, a skipped verification, a convincing impersonation. As Head of Security & Risk, he leads the security strategy for our Human Vulnerability Scanner, embedding privacy by design and translating behavioural‑science insights into practical risk controls. His work ensures that Privci surfaces the human signals attackers exploit; before they become incidents.
Privci is looking for a senior, entrepreneurial sales and marketing leader to help shape the commercial future of a behavioural‑science cybersecurity platform.
This role goes beyond execution. You’ll define go‑to‑market strategy, build early customer relationships, and play a key role in how Privci grows; with meaningful equity for the right person.
If you’re excited by early‑stage ownership, complex problem‑solving, and introducing organisations to a new way of understanding human risk, this could be your place.
The principles that guide our research, development, and client partnerships
Every feature and intervention is grounded in peer-reviewed research and validated through rigorous testing before deployment.
We design for real human behaviour, not idealised users. Our solutions work with human psychology, not against it.
We practice what we preach. Our own security practices exceed industry standards, and we're transparent about our measures.
We invest 30% of revenue back into R&D to stay at the forefront of behavioural science and cybersecurity innovation.
We work alongside our clients as partners, not vendors. Your security challenges become our research priorities.
We're committed to making cybersecurity accessible and effective for organisations of all sizes, worldwide.
We believe behaviour change must respect autonomy, dignity, and privacy. Our models are built with strict ethical safeguards to ensure interventions empower people rather than manipulate them.
We don’t guess. We measure. Every intervention, insight, and recommendation is tied to clear behavioural metrics that show real progress, real risk reduction, and real ROI.
Whether you're a potential client, research partner, or future team member, we'd love to connect and explore how we can strengthen human cybersecurity together.
